Missy concentrates her practice in all areas of estate planning, estate administration and fiduciary litigation.  She counsels clients on generational wealth transfer and family business succession plans.  She represents clients in estate and inheritance tax audits conducted by the IRS and the New Jersey Division of Taxation.  Missy litigates a variety of estate, trust, tax, guardianship and chancery matters.  She drafts and negotiates antenuptial and marital agreements and provides ongoing corporate governance and risk management advice to charitable organizations.  She has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey on numerous occasions to serve as a Guardian ad Litem, Special Medical Guardian and Court Appointed Attorney for a variety of wards.  Missy has served as a speaker and panelist at numerous continuing legal education seminars in the areas of estate planning, fiduciary litigation and private foundations.
